This project involved combining multiple disparate systems, including software on Motorola MC7090 handheld devices used to scan items and register their receipt as they arrived in the warehouse. This information can then be compared against daily manifests and daily scanned PODs (Proof of Delivery documents)from various customers to highlight anomolies. Our customer realised significant man-power savings due to the successful implementation of this project.
