Our brief was to replace an existing big name brand Document Management System that was inflexible and expensive to maintain. The new system processes in excess of 2000 Proof of Delivery (POD) documents each day. Scanning, indexing and making available for retrieval by staff in the office and by Customers via the company web site. We successfully developed a replacement solution which recognises Barcodes, printed Text and hand-written text. Not only is it a more efficient and flexible solution but the project was delivered 20% below budget, all of which means significant savings for our customer.
